Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to assist if you’re not completely satisfied! Below are the details of our return and exchange policy:
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, once a printable product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Personalized Items: Since these are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out—we’d love to assist!
- Sale items: Items listed in the Sale section cannot be returned or refunded.
Returnable Items
- If you ordered a non-personalized, physical product, you may return it as long as it’s unused and in its original condition (so we can find it a happy new home!).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it, with original packaging and protective film still on.
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Unused and undamaged.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
🚫 Non-Defect Returns Fee
If you’re returning an item not due to a quality issue (e.g., you changed your mind), a processing fee may apply. This helps us cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor.
If you cancel an order within 24 hours, you may do so, but please note a 5.8% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund (2.9% for the purchase + 2.9% for the refund).
Return Shipping & Refunds
- We do not cover return shipping costs, so you’ll be responsible for the return postage.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or store credit upon your request.
🛃 Customs Duties & Refused Packages
All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs required by their country.
If a package is refused by the recipient due to unpaid duties or tariffs, we are unable to issue a refund.
We kindly remind our customers to stay informed about their local import regulations to avoid any surprises during delivery.
