📦 Shipping Rates & Processing Time

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

📦 Shipping Overview

📝 Processing Time: General orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Personalized items are typically processed within 5 business days.

📦 Some oversized/heavy items may not qualify for free shipping. See individual product listings.

📍 For orders shipping to rural or remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you before processing if a surcharge is needed.

💲 Please note that our free shipping promotion covers up to CAD$35 in shipping costs. If your shipping fee exceeds this amount, we’ll reach out to arrange the additional payment. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

🗺 International Shipping

For international orders, please leave your phone number in the order notes as it is required by the carrier. If you prefer not to provide a phone number, we have a secondary carrier available, but please note that it may result in longer shipping times. Let us know how you’d like to proceed.

💲 Duties & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms, meaning customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before purchasing. If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we will not be able to issue a refund.

When shipping internationally, many countries offer a “de minimis” threshold—a tax-free limit under which import duties and taxes are not applied. If your order value is below the threshold, your recipient may not need to pay any additional import fees.

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and may be affected by factors such as weather, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons. If you are purchasing for a special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
